Thank you. Yes I've just spent 4 hours troubleshooting the issue and this I think is the most likely problem. This Nugget stood in a Ford showroom where they weren't trained on it yet. I can see how this happened. I didn't turn it on without water. I watched all the YouTube videos and read the manual first before I used anything.

The big red 12v main switch is closed. I mean the circuit is closed and all 12v appliances are working fine.
