Thank you for responding. The switch seems to be working fine as the boiler is working on 220V.

There seems to be only 1 power supply to the boiler. This looks like it has a 220V plug. I can't see any other power supplied to the 12V part of the boiler. Also I removed the fuse holder under the kitchen unit by the boiler but can't seem to get a the back if it as the wires are tight. Is this the correct fuse box or am I supposed to be looking at the vehicle fuse box?

You have to unscrew the entire board on which the fuse box is located.

Thank you for that clarification. It seems I have to take the boiler out if the way to do that as it's blocking the top left screw . So before I do that big job can I please check this first? Does this fuse behind the board serve the 220v and 12V electric feed? Or just the 12v? I don't understand why the 220v is working if it's the boiler fuse that's faulty. Thank you for your help.

The fuse is only for 12v.

A general question before I take things apart.

I have this Nugget for 2 weeks now from new. I think I should take it back to Ford and let them look at it under the warranty. If I take things apart it may invalidate the warranty.

Does anyone agree? Or does warranty not apply to the camper part of the van?

This is my first campervan so I'm still figuring things out.

If the fuse fixes the problem, you may have to pay for the repair yourself. Replacing the fuses is usually not covered by the warranty.

The boiler still not working on 12v.

Hi Lee,

the boiler itself has two thermal fuses, one for 220 V and one for 12 V.

If the boiler is switched on without having been filled with water before these fuses will brake.
You can get a new thermal fuse by ordering it from ELGENA (-I recommend to buy 2 fuses so that you keep one as back-up; the fuse also comes with a replacement instruction.)
