Hello everyone,

I have an Ford Westfalia Nugget, 2002 with a Airtronic D4 (25 2208 05 00 00) heater.

Because the heater don't work I plugged it into the Ebrspächer Edith program and tried to find out the problem. The program couldn't communicate with the ECU so I thought it was broken.

I asked Eberspacher for a spare part ECU, part number 25 5101 00 11 01 but they told me that this particular number is specially built for Westfalia only. They suggested to contact westfalia.

Westfalia told me that they couldn't help me and suggested to contact Ford!?!

Ok, then I found this forum and I thought that I should test my luck here where all Ford Westafalia Nugget specialist are.

Can you help me to find a place where to buy a new ECU with part number 25 5101 00 11 01? Thanks.

the last suggestion sounds most succesful to me. The Nugget was sold (in Germany) from FORD. So your contract partner for every problem is the FORD trader.I don't know where you live and if the solution works in your country too, but I hope you find any trader who could help you.

If you have, go to an Bosch premium Partner and give him all numbers you can find on the Header and the ECU.
As I heard from a FORD-worker, BOSCH-Premium or Gold (?) Partners can order and sell these special parts.
Even this Ford worker ordered there because the ECU we talked about was 900€ at Ford and 174€ at Bosch

But to make it short: My ECU had been repaired by www.warmpol.eu/

Great service. When you send it, they will test the unit for 40€. If its broken and you want to let them repair it, you pay another 90€ (so in total about 130€).

I was very satisfied with the service.
