Can you help me, I bought new NUGGET and i have problem with indoor lights. Flexi lamps works perfect, but lights controlled with switchers near door and fridge does not works. I try to change fuse under the kitchen fusebox but it is not problem with fuse because flexi lamps works... Is there any 12V transformator or something what does not works don´t you know? Thank you so much


Können Sie mir helfen, ich habe neues NUGGET gekauft und habe Probleme mit der Innenbeleuchtung. Flexi-Lampen funktionieren perfekt, aber mit Schaltern in der Nähe von Türen und Kühlschränken gesteuerte Lichter funktionieren nicht. Ich versuche, die Sicherung unter dem Küchensicherungskasten auszutauschen, aber es ist kein Problem mit der Sicherung, da die Flexi-Lampen funktionieren.
Gibt es einen 12V-Transformator oder was funktioniert nicht? Danke sehr

which voltage is shown by the computer, which is located in the roof?

did you switch on the main switch, which is located behind the back seat? the red one. the black is for the pump.

I'm not sure if the flexi lamps are on same fuse /voltage network

do you know the light dimmer near the sliding door? Press the up button to increase the light.

If this does not work,
there is a problem with the lightdimmer circuit board. It is behind the Sensorkey.

the lights do not works 12V/230 V, 12,8 V shows computer, Flexi lamps are on the same fuse, if i take away flexi lamps do not light..., electric plugs works, main switch is turn on-computer works....
I have another question, if i turn off main switch the voltage falls down on 12 V is it normal??? when i let it switch on voltage is 12,8 it is no problem when is really freeze day or night.

I don´t have any dimmer by the door or i don´t know about it, Nugget is model 2017 ausbau maybe 2018 registred was on april 2018, I bought it 2weeks ago in Dressden with 25km like new car, maybe little problem is that i am from Slovakia and warranty is from Westfalia now, so i try to find if is it little problem which can i repair ???

Ich habe keinen Dimmer an der Tür oder ich weiß es nicht, Nugget ist Modell 2017 ausbau vielleicht 2018 registriert wurde am April 2018, ich habe es vor 2 Wochen in Dressden mit 25km wie neuem Auto gekauft, vielleicht ist das kein Problem Ich komme aus der Slowakei und die Garantie ist jetzt aus Westfalia, also versuche ich herauszufinden, ob es ein kleines Problem ist, das ich reparieren kann ???

12,8 V is very good - where do you see the 12 V? Can you take a picture?

Sorry, I don't understand the question "really freeze day or night" what do you mean?

Your contract is with a German dealer, isn't it?!

If so, your dealer has to provide the warranty. The German law named it "Gewährleistung" and this starts with the day of the delivery to you. It is 20 months for a new item. but after 6 months the buyer to prove that the issue was allready in the delivered item, which is not easy.

"Garantie" is something that can be provided in addition from the supplier.

If you can't fix the problem by yourself, you need to contact your dealer.
